TWA's PHX-IST Milk Route In Late 80s?

Fri Dec 01, 2006 4:20 pm

Does anyone remember the flight number that served as a TWA milk route to Europe in the late 1980s? I recall seeing it either in a timetable or OAG and I believe the route was entirely on an L1011, went something like like PHX-STL-BOS-CDG-ATH-IST. Does that ring a bell? Was it truly same plane service or was frequently subject unscheduled swaps?
