I noticed that on inbound KLM flights that leave late, like 23:00, in world business class diner is served with a starter but without desert. To me that makes no sense. If you want to eat that late, then I guess you may want to have a desert as well.
In addition, on similar flights KLM skips the nuts with the first round of drinks. You can only get nuts if you skip the meal. To me that is not only cheap, it makes no sense. Does KLM really want to make money on their business class service by leaving items out?
What is actually determines what food is served?
