Icelandair

US Airways
Continental
Gatwick South! Id rather crash in Brighton!

BD has in the past (MAN-IAD, summer 2005, not very successful IIRC).
I can't decide whether I miss the tulip or the bowling shoe more

Privatair also operates 737/BBJ in all biz class layout for Lufthansa, Swiss...any others?

The cute novelty of flying across the Atlantic in a 757 wore off about 25 minutes after take off. Widebody for me please.

KLM operates one AMS-IAH, 737 that is. Or at least operated on their behalf.

AC will operate YYT to LHR using an Airbus 319 starting in 2007.
