Hehehe, the product is very good, both the seat and the service. You have video on demand, and the seat is very comfortable with lots of positions. The amenity kit is also good and so is the food.
Main problem is that there are only 4 F/A's to give a great service to 52 pax which means that sometimes they are a bit stressed. If they want to give you the service in a reasonable amount of time they have to go fast, meaning there is no much time for that extra attention we all would like to get. But it should be correct anyway.
And as I always say, if there is something you don't like, just report it. It is the only way to make things improve, letting the airline know what you think.
