Holy cow, what a great year!

747-67 Ordered, including 20 Intercontinentals for launch of pax version
777-60 Ordered

Anything still pending? Any news on the 787-10 front?

Yup, it has been a good year for Boeing.

As of the end of November, Airbus had:

A330-200: 27
A330-300: 07
A340-300: 03
A340-500: 05
A340-600: 00 (LH has placed an order in December)
A350-800: 02 (Pending reconfirmation by customers)
A350-900: 11 (Pending reconfirmation by customers)
A380-800: 00 (Not including cancellation of 10 frames by FX).

I was decidedly surprised that anyone would order a 767 at this time, since it is essentially a lame-duck airframe.

Quoting DAYflyer (Reply 2):

The type is flying with scores of airlines, and many of them feel it is better to add a known type then a new one.

Same reason the A330 is selling even with the 787 on the horizon.
