Air Madrid To Fly Again Up From 24 December // T/O

Mon Dec 18, 2006 11:58 pm

Air Madrid employees have asked the Government to present a " viability plan " to
fly again up from the Christmas festivities , they want to take over the Company
(I think RG employees did the same ) . And resolve the Problem with an executive group .

They shouldn't be allowed to do that, never. They are also guilty of all this chaos. They knew what was going on and didn't say anything. Those pilots who allowed those planes to fly in that condition, those mechanics, and those F/A's who accepted to fly more than their legal duty period, are also guilty.

I'm sorry for them, but.....

Without an AOC, they can't fly anyway, so why bother? I doubt that the Spanish CAA will let those aircraft fly again until the major technical flaws are sorted, which I believe will require at least a long and heavy C-Check.

Quoting LHStarAlliance (Thread starter):
And resolve the Problem with an executive group .

Or make it more complicated. I think they don't deserve such oportunity.

After all the reports of the condition of the fleet there is no way they should be allowed to fly in less than a week! Besides, from the pax point of view, who would agree to fly with them again after all that has happened? There were amazing delays before, imagine now where they would have to fly not only the ticket holders for those dates, but many of the stranded pax from these days. We would be expecting 5 day delays!
was NM ever put on the EU black list?
