On http://www.fly.faa.gov/flyfaa/usmap.jsp it says there is an aircraft incident. Does anyone know what happened?

If the original message (since updated) mentioned aircraft incident, it was probably because an aircraft couldn't clear the runway immediately for some reason (tire problem, hydraulic A-system failure affecting steering, etc.) which deprived them of one of their two landing runways. That meant they couldn't handle as many arrivals as normal (think 4-lane freeway with 2 lanes suddenly shutdown), so they had to limit traffic to what they could handle.

Both the possible reasons above are usually quickly resolved (they don't know for sure at first), and the aircraft get towed off the runway, and the runway is quickly inspected for tire debris and/or spilled hydraulic fluid, and re-opened as soon as possible. Once the runway re-opened, the airport's acceptance rate went back up, and the delays pretty much evaporated...
