BGR Flights....

Would anyone happen to know who/what operates those almost daily IAD/BGR/KEF flights? They operate w/ B737-400's numbered either N34315 or N742VA.

I think it's a bank flight with checks & stuff.

I've noticed those flights on FlightAware and have wondered the same thing. What are they doing???
