why? I was always be able to fly on ID. And I am going to do that again in May/June this year, because second FRA-SIN flight will become B77W.

Pity SQ don´t accepts PADs
Quoting LHStarAlliance (Reply 9):
Well I fly as familiar of LH employee so I can fly 25% with all *A airlines , but not SQ
Quoting Stylo777 (Reply 11):
I heard that these tickets are allowed for all airlines.
Quoting PhilSquares (Reply 10):
But they do! However, it's only ID75 and it's off the highest fare in the market and it's only in Y so don't even think about an upgrade....
If you're eligible for ID travel with your own airline, then you are eligible with SQ.

But I´ll say him , that he should go to the Base in FRA and ask if it´s possible to fly for example with EK !
If yes ... next flight : FRA-DXB-SYD !
Quoting Zvezda (Reply 14):
I think you've got that backwards. ID25 would mean an industry discount of 25% i.e. you're paying 75%.
Quoting Stylo777 (Reply 15):
I was at the check-in and I saw a lot of people flying with EK with LH ID tickets. And this applies also for their relatives. I could say that on every 2-3 flight from FRA to DXB ID pax were onboard with onward flights to MEL/SYD/PER/AKL/CHC.
A tip for you! Most times it is cheaper to buy your ID ticket in Business class as in Eco. The difference is so low that it is more profitable to fly in C class. The fact is, that we pay a lot of taxes for eco id tickets, but in c class these taxes are very very low. in first class we don't pay any taxes.

I'm Tuesday at the base. I will look in the Intranet for you if this is 100% correct.

Newsflash! People fly everyday! Your flight doesn't bring happiness to a bunch of random people, or me for that matter.
