Paper Vs. Etix

Mon Feb 05, 2007 10:00 pm

Hey, just wondering, im planning to book another long journey on OS, but have never used anything other than an Etix for as long as i can think. Now my question is, is it worth paying for a paper ticket?...Do airlines generally send you a nice fancy package when flying in C, and you order a paper ticket...

Thanks in advance,

Cjh

What do you expect? A bouquet of flowers or a replica of a 777?

They charge you more for a paper ticket and paper tickets can get lost, whereas all you need for an e-ticket is your passport. All you get in the mail is your ticket, itinerary and invoice. If your destination is e-ticket capable, take it. E-tickets are the best invention in travel since credit cards.

No special packaging. Nothing but consternation from airport workers for having to deal with old fashioned paper tickets.
Airliners.net has many forums. It has spell check and search functions. Use them before posting!
