We travelled with QR MAN-BOM-MAN on 10th Dec & return on 1st Jan.
We have received miles for our outbound flight but no miles for the return leg. I normally always confirm during check-in that the FF no is on the system.
After returning back when I checked the a/c on the web and realised that we had received miles only for the outbound leg, I used the "Claim your missing miles" on their website. that was about 4 weeks ago. still no luck.
Any ideas, suggestions ?
anyone from QR here who can help ?
