Don't worry...I was critical in the letter but I wasn't mean. I made my point in a clear, intelligent manner. I was also not happy that the seats in that row don't recline. You have to understand the situation, they said the only window seats left were in the back of the plane, otherwise they had some aisle seats. Had I been informed that it was a non-viewing window, I would have happily accepted an aisle. Now at least I know to ask. Also, since the flight was jam packed, no change of seats would have been possible. SO remember, on the F-100 Last row, no window, no recline, noisy as hell, no access to the bathroom since you have to ask two people to get up to be able to go and you get to smell the bathroom since you're right next to them...great seat!
USAirways did send me a $75 voucher. I did appreciate that.
