# Due to BTA FLTS ONLY, BTA REQ, departure traffic destined to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Cleveland, OH (CLE) will not be allowed to depart until at or after 5:00 pm EST.
# Due to EGF AIRLINE ONLY (EGF REQUEST), departure traffic destined to John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, NY (JFK) will not be allowed to depart until at or after 12:00 pm EST.
# Due to EGF AIRLINE ONLY (EGF REQUEST), departure traffic destined to La Guardia Airport, New York, NY (LGA) will not be allowed to depart until at or after 12:00 pm EST.

Why did the airline request an ATC delay?

More and more ramp congestion is creating gridlock at some locations with limited gate/ramp space, especially with weather delays. I've seen this a few times over the last year and each time has been associated with the ramp control folks, most times they are employees of the largest HUB airline at the airport ot ramp in question who will request this ground stop or delay.
