New Maintenance Facility To Go In OKC

Sat Feb 17, 2007 2:28 am

I posted a thread about this recently concerning the dirt work going on at the northwest corner of runway 17L on the corner of Air Cargo Road and Airport Road. The new site is across the runway from and a little north of the new ARINC hangar right next to the U.S. Marshals hangar. Apparently there is a new maintenance and aircraft standardization facility going there, The Army Corps of Engineers is overseeing the project. Anyone know what or who this is for?

Interesting...glad to see they are finally using some of the available space at WRWA. It is always a treat to see airlines that don't normally come here make a stop.
