Status of 9V-SMT?

Sat Feb 17, 2007 7:24 pm

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know the whereabouts of SIA B747-412 9V-SMT?

This was rumoured to be going to CX but I believe it was rejected.

No pics on the database of it since 10th July 2006.

Just trying to update my SQ 744 fleet-list.

I do have a strong felling that this aircraft has been withdrawn and is in storage.

No, Wells Fargo is a very large (and old) American bank that often acts as as a trustee for leasing transactions involving aircraft. https://www.wellsfargo.com/com/corporatetrust/lg/lg_faq

Thanks AMSSFO and Zeke,

Apparently it's found it's way to VCV and is in storage there. It must be keeping it's future brother N185UA company then.

I have done a search and couldn't find any snaps of it with it's new rego tho'.

I thought it may have been one of the Guggenheim BCFs going to AI
