What Is Avalon's Future Capacity Limit?

Mon Feb 26, 2007 8:31 pm

Hey everyone,

Just wanting to get peoples ideas as to what you think Avalon's (Melbourne/Geelong) maximum amount of viable services would be?

Jetstar has grown rapidly over the past 2 years at the airport but have appeared to have stalled in regards to adding services lately from the airport (or its entire domestic network it seems). Now it appears that Virgin Blue and Tiger are interested in the airport for atleast some of their services. Do you think there is a market for all 3 carriers? The other issue is terminal space....

Hope everyone is doing well.
