Does somebody know if Bombardier will ever build an entire Aircraft at their new Mexican Plant and if so witch model?

Possible part answer from Dallas Morning News article...
Bombardier Inc. recently shipped its first fuselage from Mexico to Canada, and Mexican official Eduardo Solís said the company could be making regional jets south of the border by 2011.
Bombardier and Cessna Aircraft Co., a unit of Textron Inc., have located some production there in recent years. Other aerospace companies with operations in Mexico include Parker Hannifin Corp. and Honeywell International Inc.
"That is creating a critical mass for suppliers," said Luc Beaudoin, a former Bombardier executive now in Mexico City with the Everest Group, a consulting firm.
Companies can achieve cost savings of 30 percent by going south of the border, especially if they have high production volumes, Mr. Beaudoin said.
