Many thanks!

There is a viewing area that overlooks 18L/36R and 27. It is a roadside observation area where you can just park your car and watch the RJs, and occasional mainline fight, on the east side of the airport. To get to it, take the Donaldson Rd. exit off the airport entrance and head east. You will drive under the approach to 18R, go around a long bend to the right and the entrance to the observation area will be on the right.

The viewing was a lot better at this spot pre-dismantling of the hub. The CRJs and E145s get awfully boring quickly and the few 763s that run through now often use the east/west runway which isn't a great view.
