VS To Beijing?

Sun Apr 01, 2007 10:12 am

When I arrived into LHR from JFK on March 24th at 1930ish, the baggage carousel next to mine was showing an inbound Beijing PEK flight. I am sure that it was showing a flight number of both Airline X and Virgin Atlantic.

I can't remember the second airline, and I can't find the flight on the VS site. Was I mistaken, or is this a codeshare that can not be booked through VS?

There are plans of the VS Board to make an agreement with CA to start flights to BJS. Three times a week VS will operate a 343 aircraft from LHR and the rest of the days, CA will fly it's 74E.

Remember, that VS consider China a great market to explode. They have flights to PVG and HKG and is thinking to start flights, apart from BJS, to CAN and CTU.
