BA Ponder Over IB

Mon Apr 02, 2007 4:11 pm

Its reported in the UK press that BA are considering their position reagrding their stake in IB. They presently have 10%, with the option of buying a further 30%. They have to consider whether to exercise the option, sell the 10% stake and book a profit, or try and join the Texas Pacific consortium. BA's two directors on the IB board are not attending IB meeting to avoid a conflict of interest.
