Plane carrying Japanese finance minister has made an emergency landing. Can anyone shed further light on this?

If you read the BBC story, you'll find the aircraft landed at it's normal destination, Fukuoka. So this is hardly a big story. Emergency landing? Nah, in fact not even a Precautionary landing. Just a normal landing with a precautionary shutdown - pretty tame stuff.

Made the TV news here, which is unusual, showed fire trucks attending to a 777.
