Better Working Conditions For Ryanair Crew!

I have just recieved details from ryanair about significant changes about working conditions theese changes include:
no charge for uniform
25% less hours
£1000 bonus for new recriuts
And increased pay!!!!

Is this applicable to cabin crew, flight crew or both?
No trees were harmed by this message. However, several million electrons were terribly inconvenienced

well im cabin crew and that information seems to be cabin crew i dont know what the deal is with pilots!

Why's that ? Unless MOL has tunred from sinner to saint over night, there must be a more practical reason for that policy change - are Ryanair having problems recruiting staff? A golden welcome hand-shake certainly hints at it....

yes i think it could have something to do with staffing issues , they have a problem keeping staff and with all theese new aircraft thyre going to need a hell of a lot more , i think they have come to the conclusion that unless things change ,wages are improved and hours reduced then they are unlikley to be able to find the staff for all their new aircraft. Either way its good news whatever the reason for it.
