Continental 737-800 W/ Special C/s?

Tue May 01, 2007 12:23 am

Yesterday I bought a Skymarks model of a Continental 737-800. It has a large logo in the back 1/2 of the plane that says "Celebrating Our 150th Next Generation 737." According to Continental's fleet plan they
already had 153 737NG's(700,800,900) at the end of 2006. Does there 150th have this scheme? Are they planning on painting it? Thanks

737-NG number 150 is N39297, I believe, and it seems to wear the usual paint scheme.

Just a thought, but perhaps it was a model made for employees?

Corporate models don't often have to look like the real thing. Wouldn't be the first time...
I like British Airways! I'm not sure why, but I do! ;-)

I'm sure someone would have caught it on camera by now if it was on the actual jet. Haven't seen anything like it yet...
