Need CO Registration For Yesterday Flight...

Fri May 04, 2007 12:48 am

Hi, guys.
I need the tail number of the 737-924 that did ANC-SEA yesterday, May 2, flight 223. I got all my other tail numbers, but couldn't see that one in the dark. And I am not at my home PC, so I don't have the links to any websites that do that.

Thanks, A.nutters!

What are some websites that provide tail numbers for particular flights?

Oh, thanks guys, you have no idea how great this is to me.
See, I THOGUHT it might have said 408, but I couldn't be sure. And 408 is the FIRST 737-900 I ever flew on, back in the days of August 2002, from Houston to Tampa. Of course, that was in coach, and yesterday I got an elite upgrade... but wow.

Sorry, it's kinda sentimental... but there was a girl involved, so maybe now you see why I'm being a sap!!!

Thanks again!

I was wondering the same thing. I work in Lake Arrowhead, CA and am able to do some good spotting of inbound LAX traffic (J107 approach). I'm always able to easily locate the flight info using Flightaware.com, but still don't know where to look for registration (on the internet, that is). Any clues?

Peace,
Zach

To find registrations, there are two things I know:

- Airline employees can find out
- After a few weeks (?) or so if it is a major airline you can type in the flight info on some FAA website and the registration comes up.

Thanks for the tip AlexPorter. I'll keep working the FAA end of it, but no luck so far.

The site is http://www.bts.gov ...you have to wait about 2 months after the flight for the data to be added and it only covers domestic flights since 1995...

From the bts.gov main page, click on "More Airline Industry", then "Searchable Database" (underneath Airline On-time performance), then pick either "Departures" or "Arrivals" under Detailed Statistics and knock yourself out...its a great tool!

Hi All

Check out www.acarsd.org and use the search facility, you should find the reg for most flights. No need to wait for for the FAA!
