Emphasise your customer service skills and your passion for aviation
By all means emphasise your customer service skills. But don't come across as some aviation enthusiast/fan boy. Your interviewers will almost certainly care little for aviation outside their working hours. Show knowledge about the industry when appropriate questions are asked and interviewers will expect many applicants to have had dreams of becoming a flight attendant, but keep the 'passion for aviation' in moderation.
However, more importantly, the OP needs to investigate that the company to whom she intends to apply is still in existence. It could be the remnants of BA
