Emailing to tell them the site is having a problem may itself be problematic, i.e. they may not have received the email because of the problems with the site. Additionally, it's a weekend
, and support for a non-revenue producing site might not get the same 24 x 7 x 365 support that something revenue-generating does.
Bottomline: give them until mid-day Monday, try to submit it again, and if that fails again, give their HQ
a call... (not another email)...
