I have friends and cousins and after every flight, they complain to me that the service was bad and the flight attendant did this and that and the plane was delayed because of weather and yadayadayada.
- weather, that is no ones fault and I have been delayed because of weather, and they would rather not have you flying through a hurricane and risk your life, face it, if there is bad weather, i would rather be delayed than risk 100+ lives and put them in danger, so if I were the complainers,I would shut up since it isn't the airline's friggin fault that there was a very bad rain storm, you should be thanking the airline for not putting your life in danger!
flight attendants-give the airline his/her name, don't go and blame the airline for one flight attendant that was being rude or did not give you a cookie. if anything, there is probably another passenger(s) that is pissing her off for what ever they are doing,
mechanical delays-I am double sided on that one, A-the airline should have either found it when the airplane was at it's hub or B- it was urgent, i am flexible about the urgent ones as while going LGW-DFW, on an AA MD-11, just when we were in line for takeoff, and we were next, the pilot discovered an engine problem than we had to taxi back to the gate and get it repaired, but than we lost our slot over the atlantic and than we had to wait another 1hr,30 min, i would rather lose a slot over the atlantic than crash over the atlantic.
lost luggage-blame airline or airport
meal service-talk to the airline
spills-don't complain to the airline about it, it was probably your fault it happened, i spilled a sprite on a flight DFW-LGA, and did I complain to AA, nope, i just asked for a bunch of napkins and my pants were dry 15 minutes before we landed.
so guys get mature and shut up about how bad airline's are, usually it's not their fault that you wet your pants or whatever it may be, for a delay, I would rather get delayed 5 hours than crash. if there is something major with the meal that is wrong(Kosher,etc) complain to the airline or order it earlier and look at the airline's guidelines. C'MON, the airlines are getting picked at for things that weren't their fualt, replies more than welcomed
