The Great Indian Skywars Dragged To The Streets

Wed May 16, 2007 3:24 pm

Well Well Well......... Its bounce back time for JET:

Big version: Width: 824 Height: 341 File size: 40kb

King fisher really made them change, I am not saying that Jet was bad but lagged any desire to provide great service as they had very limited competition. But enter Kingfisher and they took travel on Indian Skies to another level (And also a lot of staff from Jet) So Jet is now fighting back. ( High time I started hating them and moved to King Fisher the minute their First Class was launched even service on the London sector had gone down and those crappy seats on the 340's)

Now look How King Fisher retaliated :

Big version: Width: 824 Height: 618 File size: 64kb

Now all this is great marketing But this cheeky Go Air took the cake in the smartest possible way :

Big version: Width: 662 Height: 768 File size: 57kb

All pictures shown above were taken on a Mumbai street. Where this great Indian Skywar has now been dragged to . I cant wait to see if Jet responds in any way........ It will be a challenge to get a billboard any higher or to get people to see it ......so maybe on another corner.......Will get someone to keep eyes open on the streets of Mumbai

I'd love to see B6, CO, and DL go at it like that.

Looks like photoshopped to me - the structure to hold up the top hoarding would be immense.

And all the photo's were taken from exactly the same spot?

The first two look authentic, the third, I agree, is photoshopped. There's no structure visible in the gap above the Kingfisher billboard for the GoAir billboard.

The 9W and IT hoardings are genuine and the story about the hoardings has been reported in the media here. Those two have been at it for a while now. Even though I don't live in Bombay anymore, I think these hoardings are at Worli Naka. Anyway, the Go Air bit is photoshopped and is doing the rounds as a viral.

Well I have personally seen upto King Fishers reponse to Jets change............. Now since you put it that way.... The Go Air hoarding does look a little out of place. Will verify and revert

The first two are the same pic. The first is just cropped.

The third on looks photoshopped.

Would be nice to see something like that here in the states. DL vs US vs WN.
