Seeking Image Of Hot Air Mirage Behind Engine

Fri May 18, 2007 11:05 am

I'm looking for an image that shows how hot air behind an engine (on an aircraft during takeoff) produces a mirage effect due to turbulence in the hot air. What is the proper term for this phenomenon? And what are some good images in the image database that show off this effect?

Thank you! This is for a school project in case you are wondering.
