OMG! I don't believe it! We had some b@lls finally (my apologies to the ladies out there  Smile )!
It's about time, Sanders was more or less backed into a corner on this one and had to act. If you've been reading the articles on this (and the U-T seems more friendly toward the developer Sunroad than to the aviation community) the money comment was where the city rep basically said "we want to be on the sidelines of this one not take any direct action" (I'm paraphrasing).
The whole thing is nuts, this city doesn't know how to stand up and be a strong city. You have to pick a path and stick to it and support it/the city's position.
