Asiana Considering A380...

Chan Bup Park,managing Director of Korea's Asiana airline indicated in an interview with "le Figaro" ,that the company might consider to purchase some A380's ..
Asiana has just won approval for flights to France in competition to Air France and Korean Airlines and is currently weighting options in raplacing their 767's and 747's...
Decision will be befor this years end.

This doesn't come as a surprise since its main competitor, KE has them on order.

They could be potentially order at least 5 frames.

Maybe this is part of the 20 frames Airbus has been talking about.

I'd expect three to four frames, depending on where OZ flies their current 2 744s and 6 744Ms and what the cargo to passenger ratio is on the combi's.

He is studying both 787 and A350XWB to replace both 767-300ER and 777-200ER.
