Emirates To New Zealand

Can anyone please tell me - on EK's services to New Zealand ex-DXB - do you de-plane in Australia, or is it simply a touchdown and onward passengers remain onboard?

Nope everyone disembarks and those flying onto New Zealand reboard after around 1hr with the addition of some new passengers who are just making the trans tasman journey.

In addition to disembarking and reboarding at SYD, you have to clear security with your carry-on bags despite remaining airside in the terminal.
