Do you get a stamp on your passport when flying between Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Panama?

Yes in both Guatemala and Panamá. Salvadoran immigration choose to stamp the standardized CentAm entry form instead, but will also stamp your passport upon request. Haven't been to Honduras in some time, so dunno about them.

Well, since last year, the 4 CentAm nations signed an agreement that allows for the free movement of people and goods between the 4 countries. Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua are looking in the right direction. I'm assuming the ultimate goal is to copy Europe in a few years. Someone here can maybe let us know if eventually all border checks will be removed.

Today an agreement between Guatemala and Honduras was signed to consider flights to/from those countries local flights. There were no specific details given, but it sounds good.
