Current airlines only, or defunct ones as well?

National II comes to mind.

Astraeus currently operate 5 757's.

Jet2.com operate 8 757's

Thomas Cook Airlines UK operate a 757 fleet of 16 -200 series, and 2 -300 series

DHL UK operate 22 757's not sure if they are all on the UK register

Until a few years ago, Continental operated the 757 without a 767. Of course, since then, they've acquired a healthy fleet of both 762s and 764s.

Icelandair has a 763 that they have leased to operate their seasonal SFO-KEF services. The only US airline I can think of that uses 757s and not 767s is NWA. In Europe, Finnair is the only carrier that uses 757s but no 767s in their fleet (long haul operated by A340s and a couple MD11s...but not for long). In Asia, I'm drawing a blank; I can't think of a single non Chinese airline that operates 757s but no 767s. In China, China Southern has 757s and no 767s, there is another Chinese carrier that operates them (not Air China)...but again, I'm drawing a blank.

How did I do?

Eastern Airlines in the USA was one of the first customers for the 757. They never did get the 767, to my knowledge, having bought the original A-300 instead.

Finnair charter division has seven 752's, they fly leisure routes in Europe and also longer routes, like from Finland to Thailand and Brazil. Occasionally they fly in the scheduled service too.
