Thu Jun 21, 2007 9:31 pm

Just received slot requests list of PRG for W06/07, did not study it carefuly yet, but noticed that FR filled following flights
FR1001/2 28OCT-29MAR DUB-PRG-DUB 1234567 738
FR1003/4 28OCT-29MAR NYO-PRG-NYO 2 4 6 738
FR1005/6 28OCT-29MAR NRN-PRG-NRN 1234567 738
FR1007/8 28OCT-29MAR BOH-PRG-BOH 1234567 738
FR1009/10 28OCT-29MAR EIN-PRG-EIN 1234567 738
FR wa trying to penetrate PRG for quite a long time, but was not succesfull, mazbe recent change of managment changed point of view.

Would certainly be great if it happens. Applying for slots doesn't automatically mean that they'll use them, but we can hope. If it did launch those routes you mentioned, EIN and BOH would have to be as VV - EIN and BOH aren't bases - unless PRG were to become a base. Time will tell.

2006/2007? Or did you mean 2007/2008?

Interesting that PRG to STN,

Not at all: London-Prague-London already has a large amount of flights. For the time being, it'd make sense, in my opinion, to concentrate on other routes.

Dont think TOM could survive on the route if the slot request becomes reality

Surprised there was no request for LPL-PRG - an unserved route just waiting for an airline
