ThomsonFly 767 300 Seating Chart

Mon Jun 25, 2007 9:55 pm

ThomsonFly has implemented a new seating configuration on its 767-300 aircraft with in seat monitors and 33'' pitch in the main cabin and a new premium cabin. What is the totaol configuration ie premium and main cabin. Also where would one find a seating chart with the new configuration?

That is the funniest, yet most accurate, response I've ever seen on this site.

Well done.

But...

doesn't sound too bad for a charter, BY hasn't followed the TUI trend of slave boats (Corsair 747)

- That's not a bad pitch, pretty darn decent for long haul.

I'm flying MAN-TFS in July. Aircraft is scheduled to be a 763, would also like to see a seating chart! Big grin

Here you go TOM Seating plan - 767-304ER - 328Y used on short haul routes.

Anyone got a plan for the new long haul cabins?

Yes but look at the seat map - 2 x 4 x 2 !! The seats must only be about 16in wide - that's terrible ! I'm amazed the travelling public puts up with this.

On their 757 seat 13F is both "Special needs" and emergency exit. On most airlines those two are mutually exclusive.

The 767-300 skips row 13, while the 757 has it. Perhaps the 767 needs better luck?

What's with the yellow seats? Are the white ones extra bad?

I've flown on TOM's 767-200's and -300's long haul and they aren't as bad as they seem. My trip reports are posted over on the trip reports forum:

Manchester - St Lucia, Britannia Boeing 767-204ER (G-BYAB) 13th March 2005. BY154A.

St Lucia - Manchester, via Barbados, TOM Boeing 767-304ER (G-OBYF) 27th March 2005, BY154A+B.

I'd hate to fly long haul on them now having experienced what First Choice offer (I've 4 trip reports posted as well if you want to search for them). It would be interesting to compare TOM's new long haul product to FCA's given TOM pretty much copied FCA's star class concept but kept the 2-4-2 configuration in economy. Thats why I'm interested to see the seating plan.
