This should be a TNT bird, leased from Guggenheim (and it might be operated in the colors of Emirates Sky Cargo...)
Quoting FlyTUITravel (Reply 11):
Unless, this hasn't been added yet.
Quoting CX flyboy (Reply 12):
if you look at the Air Canada rudders before the rest of the aircraft is painted, they do not feature any pattern or part of the maple leaf. I suspect the Jet Airways rudder is the same and will acquire the decals when the rest of the aircraft is done. Thats my feeling anyway!
Quoting Stitch (Reply 10):
Both have white rudders, so TNT would be an option. Neither has the EK colors (which their 77Ws do), so I am guessing if they do go to EK, they will use decals?
Quoting Brendows (Reply 15):
A little correction of what I wrote. This 747F (and one more IIRC) will be operated by TNT for Emirates SkyCargo, but I don't know whether that means that it will be painted in EKs colors or not...
Quoting Cubastar (Reply 20):
If it is dark blue vs black, could it be for Delta with the reds to be added later? Or would that affect the balance?
Quoting LHR777 (Reply 23):
What's the story with that nose-section of aircraft, over on the right-hand side of the picture?
Quoting Sammyk (Reply 24):
Someone from Jet Airways (maybe Goyal) had commented that with the new decal technology they were able to give the Jet logo a new "3-D" look so the tail logo would be a decal that could be added later.
