Check-in Question

Sun Jul 08, 2007 8:42 pm

Hi everyone, I have a question about checking in with two separate tickets. On the 28th of July I'll be flying SK from ARN-MAN via CPH, and then from MAN to KWI (Kuwait) via DXB on EK...would it be possible to check my bags all the way to Kuwait from Stockholm? or will I have to pick up my bags in Manchester and check in again with Emirates?

I don't mind not getting my boarding passes all at once at Stockholm, but I'd rather not have to go to passport control, pick up my bags, treck all the way to the EK desks to check in (especially as they can be pretty chaotic at times).

Any info will be much appreciated.

From what I know about SK is that they will not check your luggage to the final destination if you hold seperate tickets!

Hope this helps.

Since you are flying on two separate reservations you cannot check through. If it would have been the same itinerary then you could have gotten maybe the bags to be checked all the way.
