Yes, I have flown Air Lanka back in 1987.

From Colombo to Malé with a B737-200.
From Malé to Colombo wint a L-1011.

On the return flight on the L-1011 there was only about 30 pax. The onboard service was OK.

But the real beauti was the flight over the Maldives.

...they still fly with two security men on each flight, don't they....??

i want to know why Sri Lankans website is promoting the Dubai-London route as new, when it existed way back in 1995.
