Turkish Wants To Operate Daily Flights To Karachi

Wed Jul 11, 2007 6:42 am

The Executive Vice-President of Turkish Airlines, Orhan Sivrikaya, has asked the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan to allow the Turkish Airlines to operate seven flights a week from Karachi to Istanbul and back.

“Even the Middle Eastern countries, such as the UAE, have liberalized their aviation policies and are allowing major airliners of the world such as the Turkish Airlines to operate one daily flight from their major cities. For being the top five international airlines, we feel that it is our right to operate daily flights between Karachi and Istanbul.
