Unknown Aircraft At MKE

Wed Jul 25, 2007 11:03 am

Today I was at MKE, and as I passed on the north side, I saw a red tail sitting at one of the new gates on Concourse C. I turned and went back; it was a 737, but couldn't make out any discernible logo on the tail; it looked red, with a white strip straight up the middle, almost like the flag of Austria turned on end. The fuselage was all white (maybe grey on the bottom), but I could not read any titles on it. Does anybody have any idea what that may be?

Cheers,

Could that be it? Doubt it by the discription you gave, but thats the only unusual 737 at MKE today.

Unless Xtra has a hodgepodge of paint schemes in their fleet, no, because I saw an Xtra 734 sitting at the gate once, and the two aren't even close.

Edit - Ahh, it's a contract plane. Western, operated by Xtra Airways. Good job, thanks.
