How Many Languages Must A LH FA Speak?

Tue Aug 07, 2007 1:52 am

Looking for a tidbit of data here. How many languages are required to be hired as an FA by Lufthansa? Also, how good is Lufthansa at catering to the communication needs of non-westerners on the ground? Thanks.

I don't know how many, but I guess English and German is a must. On top of that, the more, the better!
Exceptions confirm the rule.

Quoting LHMARK (Thread starter):

LH has for a lot of longhaul inbound flights in MUC and FRA what they call arrival service. Some native speakers from the countries where the plane just arrived from are awaiting the arrival and are able to help out with questions.
