Aircraft Listing By Aerodrome Reference Codes

Thu Sep 06, 2007 11:40 am

Please move if this is not the right forum!

For my employer, I am wondering if there is a list of all aircraft and their corresponding Aerodrome Refernce Code?

The reference code can be described as 1 letter and one number and is used to define runway and taxiway limitations of aircraft operating at airports.

I would be really greatful  pray  (and so would my boss) if there was anyone out there that may be of assistance!

Cheers

You might have some luck getting an answer in tech/ops!
I'd take the awe of understanding over the awe of ignorance any day.

Visityyj,

Thanks for this. i appreciate your assistance. Although I would be pushing my luck in asking for more.

According to CASA Australia's Manual of Standards Part 139 - Aerodromes, they have a brief listing of aircraft along with their rating (Ie 1B, 2A, 4C etc) as well as their respective ARFL (Aeroplane Reference Field Length), wingspan, OMGWS (?), Length, MTOW and Tyre Pressure. Most of these I can get of the relevant Manufacturer sites, but I am happy with ARFL, wingspan and Outer main gear span as these are the main factors to calculate a Aerodrome reference code (ARC).

Thanks again for your assistance and link.

JBo, Thank you for your advice as well. I might also Try posting this on Tech Ops.

Cheers
