Clarification On LHs Refurbished A300s Needed?

LH has according to airfleets 14 A300s. Thereof 3 are the R-Version.

According to the winter time table they will use them
daily to Almaty, Astana (2x weekly),
3x weekly to Lahore, Karachi,
4x weekly to Khartoum, Addis Ababa,
2 x daily to Cairo

for medium/longhaul flying. That should be +/- 4a/c

I read on various threads that LH will refurbish some or all of their A300s. Some say only 4 will be updated, some say 10, some all of them.

Does anyone know how manny will be refurbished?
Also how will they be updated - old or new J-class, Big screens or the new IFE in Y-class, European or international Y-class seats?
What additional medium/longhaul (if so) will they be used on in 2008?

they only refurbish the Business Class. They will or have already installed the old Longhaul Business Class seats of the 747.
As far as I know for the moment only 4 frames are refurbished.
