Ahmadinejad In NYC

Sat Sep 22, 2007 3:28 pm

As everyone I'm sure is aware; the leader of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will be in NYC for his third visit to the U.S in the last three years. I would assume he will be flying in to JFK, can anyone confirm? Also, does anyone know which airline (if any) he flies when traveling abroad? Would it be Iran Air, a government/ military aircraft, or a private charter? It would be interesting to snap some pictures of his arrival and the a/c on the ramp. Any insight is appreciated.
Thnx

The Iranian President will fly into JFK, as usual, and will use one of Iran Air's B747 and probably the SP.

That's what he did the last time he came to the U.N in September 2005

The UN General Assembly always brings in some nice, rare aircraft! Please get some shots of everything that will be there on the ramp at JFK. It should also be pointed out that while he is visiting the United States, he really isn't...the visit is to the United Nations, which, just happens to be located in NYC, which is in the United States (just one of those technical things). His movements will be entirely restricted to New York (speech at Columbia University for instance).
