Attn: SFO Spotters - Qatar A340 In SFO On 9/29

Fri Sep 28, 2007 5:21 pm

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that there is a strong possibility that the Qatar Amiri Flight A340-500 will be in San Francisco on Saturday. It should remain here over the weekend. Looks like we are getting some important visitors after the UN General Assembly in New York. A7-HHH is the registration I think. Again, this is a strong possibility only, nothing confirmed yet. Also, I have no idea about the time, but should be somewhere around mid afternoon. If I find more, I will keep you posted. Good Luck.

cheers

While the Qatar 345 is uncertain Philippine charter flight PR001 will be at SFO this evening. President Arroyo was at the New York UN General Assembly. On board are a party of about 65 people.

The plane is estimated to arrive SFO between 6:00 - 6:30 this evening from EWR & is the usual A-340 with reg # F-OHPM that we normally see here. Nothing really special about the plane except for an opportunity to see it with a presidential seal on the forward portside service door.

Just saw a Qater A330 land at SFO 645p local. Did they swap it w/ the A345?
