Did Ahmedinejad use an IR 747/747SP to La Paz or Air Force 707?

No, as Laxintl has pointed out, the Iranian President flew from NYC to CCS on his 747SP and then, courtesy of the Venezuelan Government, flew a Venezuelan Air Force 737-200A to La Paz for his brief visit to Bolivia.
He returned later to Caracas and, after two hours of talks with Chavez and signing more accords (so far there are 130 according to local press reports !!), left for Tehran on board his 747SP.

I hope that answers your question.

Cheers from Cancun !
