Rolls Royce/GE/Pratt

Hi everyone,

Anyone know which country is Rolls Royce engines originated???

and Pratt and Whitney???

and GE???

Can anyone tell me which countries do they come from???

I think this question is stupid but I'm kinda new....forgive me.

Rolls-Royce is a British company.

Both Pratt & Whitney and GE are from the United States. Pratt & Whitney is based in the state of Connecticut, and GE Aircraft Engines is based in the state of Ohio.

Rolls is based in Derby, England.

Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies of Hartford, Connecticut, USA, is based in East Hartford, Connecticut, with major plants throughout Connecticut and in Maine and West Palm Beach, Florida.

GE Aircraft Engines, a division of GE of Fairfield, Connecticut, is based in Evendale, Ohio, outside Cincinnati. It has major sites in North Carolina and Massachusetts.

... and BMW Rolls-Royce has plant in Dahlewitz, near Berlin, Germany (engines for Boeing 717)
