Who Flies The SJO-SDQ Route On TA?

Sun Oct 28, 2007 1:51 pm

What type of passengers fly Taca's SJO-SDQ route mostly? Business? Vacation? I flew this route a few weeks after TA opened it. There must've been at least 15 passengers on an A319, I recently checked the bookings on Expedia and either way it's begining to pick up.
I know Copa has 3 daily flights from PTY, so this must be a big market connecting Central America and the Dominican Republic.

Unlike TA, Copa doesn't only rely on O/D traffic, but connections from South America, hence so many flights.
