On the return leg of this, how far into the flight would it start to get light?

I'd say about three to four hours into the flight.

EDIT: correction

So currently here it's getting light around 730, which is 3 hours prior to landing, local time. Therefore roughly 3hr50 into the flight, per Mir's suggestion, I'd say.

You will have 3:54 of the 6:50 flight time of night on that date based on the take-off and landing times given.
